With the Artiteq Tilt Reducer, frames and paintings hang flatter and more stable against the wall. With light or small frames, the top can tilt slightly forward when hung on a picture hanging system. In museums and galleries, this is often done deliberately, a slight tilt provides better light and visibility. However, at home or in the office, this effect is often perceived as distracting.

The Tilt Reducer was specially developed to solve this problem. By pulling the frame closer to the wall, you create a sleek, professional, and uncluttered result. The Tilt Reducer can be used with wooden frames. Screw the Tilt Reducer to the top of the wooden frame.

Flat mounting of mouldings with smart groove lines with the Tilt Reducer

The Tilt Reducer attaches to the top of a wooden frame using the supplied screws, aligned with the hanging points of the hooks. The accessory works best with frames with a back that is at least 10mm high and 12mm thick.

The multiple score lines make it easy to correct the position of the hanging wire. Because the Tilt Reducer lies close to the wire, the top of the frame sits flatter against the wall. The Tilt Reducer is suitable for hanging wires of 1mm and 2mm thick.
