At Artiteq, we have our own Research & Development department, where we typically develop all of our products with a Safety Factor of 3. For products that pose a higher safety risk (such as products in public areas) or for specific materials, this safety factor can be as high as 5 or higher.

We also have our own Quality Control department. This department checks not only the weight our products can bear, but also their appearance and functionality. To ensure and guarantee the quality of all our products, we cooperate with TÜV Netherlands for quality assurance. We have established procedures to ensure the quality of all our products according to the guidelines of TÜV Netherlands. Our Quality Control department performs all product checks according to these new procedures.

Based on the foregoing, Artiteq provides a 10-year* guarantee on all of its products. With the exception of the Display It LED (a 2-year guarantee applies to electrical components).

TÜV Nederland is a technical and business service provider for independent assessments such as certification, testing, and inspection. A TÜV quality mark is a confirmation that a product is supplied that meets quality requirements, is safe, and/or environmentally responsible.

Our own Quality Control department carries out all product inspections in accordance with the set TÜV requirements. Not only is the weight checked, but also the appearance and functionality of products.
