Artiteq stands for quality, safety and long-term reliability. Artiteq supplies high-quality products that are developed for safe and reliable use. To ensure the quality of our products, we work according to high quality standards and carry out extensive quality checks.

Some of our picture hanging rails, hanging wires and picture hooks are TÜV certified. The TÜV certification confirms that these products have been independently assessed against relevant requirements for quality and safety.

In addition, Artiteq offers a 10-year warranty on almost all products.

Our own quality control, TÜV certification where applicable, and the Artiteq warranty together provide assurance of the quality and reliability of our products.

    Own Research & Development department

    At Artiteq, we have our own Research & Development department, where we typically develop all of our products with a Safety Factor of 3.

    For products that pose a higher safety risk (such as products in public areas) or for specific materials, this safety factor can be as high as 5 or higher.

    Own Quality Control department

    We also have our own Quality Control department. This department checks not only the weight our products can bear, but also their appearance and functionality. To ensure and guarantee the quality of all our products, we cooperate with TÜV Netherlands for quality assurance. We have established procedures to ensure the quality of all our products according to the guidelines of TÜV Netherlands. Our Quality Control department performs all product checks according to these new procedures.

    All Artiteq products are developed, manufactured, and inspected according to high-quality standards.

    Artiteq stands for quality and durability. That is why we offer a 10-year warranty on virtually all products. For eligible products, the warranty period is indicated by the official EU GARAN label.

    Exceptions include the Illume Duo Rail, which comes with a 5-year warranty, and the electrical components of Display It LED, which come with a 2-year warranty. The Artiteq commercial warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

    TÜV Certified

    TÜV Nederland is a technical and business service provider for independent assessments such as certification, testing, and inspection. A TÜV quality mark is a confirmation that a product is supplied that meets quality requirements, is safe, and/or environmentally responsible.

    Our own Quality Control department carries out all product inspections in accordance with the set TÜV requirements. Not only is the weight checked, but also the appearance and functionality of products.

What does the GARAN-label mean?

The GARAN label is a harmonised European label for products for which the manufacturer offers a commercial durability guarantee of more than two years that meets the applicable conditions.

The label clearly shows how many years of manufacturer’s guarantee are offered for the product concerned. The QR code on the official label also provides access to more information about the commercial durability guarantee and consumers’ legal guarantee rights.
