Cornice

With Deco Rail and Deco Rail LED, you can combine sleek, undamaged walls with an invisible picture hanging system. The rail disappears behind a cornice/coving: only the art is visible, not the technology or the rail. Choosing the right molding is essential for a beautiful, continuous shadow line and sufficient space to click the hanging wires into place anywhere. A nice advantage: the hanging wires disappear beautifully behind the cornice!

Which cornice should you choose?

Minimum height: We recommend a cornice of approximately 35 mm or higher. This allows enough space to completely conceal the rail and maintains a clean shadow line.

Depth/profile: Choose a profile that fits flush and snugly against the wall and ceiling, this prevents gaps and keeps the rail perfectly out of sight. Style: Choose from Orac Design cornice moldings, Basic, Modern, and Classic
Material: Lightweight, paintable moldings that retain their shape, are easy to install, and offer a neat finish.
Finish: Carefully conceal seams and corners (miter), fill where necessary, and paint the molding in the same color as the ceiling or wall for seamless integration.

These three cornice moldings can only be combined with the Artiteq Deco Rail and Artiteq Deco Rail LED. Choose the lighting profile when using an LED strip.
