Small order surcharge

For orders with an order value below €10.00, we charge a ‘small order surcharge’ of €5.75. This ‘small order surcharge’ applies to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, and the rest of Europe.

Free shipping

• Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and France: free shipping on orders over €150.00.
• Rest of Europe: free shipping on orders over €250.00.

Please note length restrictions

• Netherlands & Belgium: we offer both 2-meter and 3-meter picture rails.
• Luxembourg, Germany, France & Rest of Europe: we only offer 2-meter picture rails. Shipments for packages longer than 2 meters are not available.

Delivery time

Orders placed on working days before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Delivery generally takes 1 to 3 working days. Shipments are made with GLS. On the day your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Before returning your Artiteq product, always contact us first at sales@artiteq.com.

You may cancel (revoke) your online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Please notify us of your cancellation within this period.

How to return an item step by step:

1. Download the return form here and print it out.

2. Fill in the return form completely and enclose the original packing slip.

3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.

4. Send the package to the return address stated on the return form. 5. Keep your proof of shipment with Track&Trace. Until we have processed your return, the shipment is at your own risk.

Refund

• After receipt and inspection, we will process your return and refund the purchase amount via the original payment method. Any return costs will not be reimbursed. These are at your own expense.
• If you (as a consumer) return the entire order, we will reimburse the standard shipping costs for the original shipment, if applicable.

Exchanges

Need a different color or length? Please contact our customer service. We will help you return the original order and place a new order. Any shipping costs will apply again for a new order.
