How do I download a file?
On the right side of the page are the various downloads. By clicking on a link, such as "Catalogue", please click to download the file. The browser asks whether you want to open or to save the file. Here you choose to save, now choose a place on your computer (eg Desktop) where you want to save the file. The document will now be successfully downloaded and afterwards you can open it on your computer and watch.
NOTE: The downloads may vary per page!
I can not open the file I have downloaded.
Perhaps Adobe Reader is not installed. This is required for viewing the download files from Arti TeQ. You can download Adobe Reader here, this is free of charge. If you still can not download files, please send us a 'Request Info’. We will then send you the desired information by post.
Can I print the files that I have downloaded?
Yes, this is possible. If the file has been opened, go to "File" and choose to print.
What is the login section for?
Can I log in there too? The login section is only intended to be used by Arti TeQ dealers. Normal users cannot log in here. If you are a dealer but have not logged in before, please contact Arti TeQ. Your login details will then be set up for you.

The website looks bad on my screen?
The website of Arti TeQ is optimized for a screen resolution of 1024 X 768 pixels. If you still use a screen resolution of 800 X 600, it is possible that the website will be displayed differently.
